AI development company for teams that need it in production.
We build AI product, attribution infrastructure, demand systems and content engines for other companies — shipped to production, in your repository, from the first commit. Scoped in a week. A thin slice live by week three.

The demo was real. The system wasn't.
Authentication, rate limits, cost ceilings, evaluation, failure modes, observability, a pager. The eight months between a room getting excited and anything reaching a user is where most AI projects die.
- 02
Nobody can tell whether a change helped.
Without a scored eval set, every prompt edit and model upgrade is a coin flip. Six months in, the honest answer to 'is it better than March' is that nobody knows.
- 03
Unit economics were discovered on the invoice.
A feature that delights at a thousand users can be insolvent at a hundred thousand. That is a design constraint, not a finance surprise.
- 04
The vendor kept the keys.
Repository, cloud account, domain, tracking. If they're not in your name, your options are the vendor's options.
Running software, in your accounts, with the measurement to prove it.
AI product
Web, native iOS and Android, and agent systems — typed end to end, evaluated, deployed on push.
Retrieval and evals
Retrieval over your own data with citations, and an evaluation harness you can run yourself.
Agents with authority
Scoped, auditable actions against your systems. Human gates on anything irreversible.
Attribution spine
First-party click tracking on your domains, server-side postbacks, a warehouse reconciled to finance.
Demand systems
Paid, search and answer-engine visibility run against that spine and reported on contribution.
Content engines
Retrieval-grounded production with named human review gates and automated claim integrity.
Cost modelling
Per-request economics written down on day one, with caching and model-tier levers costed.
Handover that works
Runbooks, architecture notes and a local environment that starts. Not a zip file.
Detail per capability: capabilities
Is your AI project ready for production?
Eight questions, scored as you answer. The findings are specific to what you tell us, and they are free — the email is only for the written version.
- 01 · Stage
Where is the thing today?
- 02 · Evaluation
How do you know when a change made it better?
- 03 · Grounding
Where do the model's answers come from?
- 04 · Unit cost
What does one request cost you?
- 05 · Attribution
Can you tie a customer back to what produced them?
- 06 · Data
What state is the data in that the system depends on?
- 07 · Ownership
Who holds the repository and the cloud accounts?
- 08 · Safety
Can the system do something irreversible on its own?
Answer the first question to start scoring.
Scoped in a week. Live in three.
No discovery phase you pay for twice. The first deploy goes out narrow and real, and everything after it widens a road that already carries traffic.
One working session, then a scope document: what ships, what doesn't, what it costs, what we need from you. No sixty-page discovery invoice.
- → Scope doc
- → Architecture sketch
- → Fixed price or rate + ceiling
Four ways in. Pick by what you need holding.
Most firms make you book a call to learn what it costs. Here are the ranges, the timelines, and what comes out the other end — so the first conversation can be about your project.
- 011 week
Scoping engagement
You have an idea, a prototype, or a stalled project and need a real plan with a real number.
from $15,000- → Written scope: what ships, what doesn't, what it costs
- → Architecture sketch with the cost-per-request model
- → Eval plan — how we'll know it works
- → Fixed price or rate-plus-ceiling for the build
Start with a scopeusually leads to product build - 026–16 weeks
Product build
You know what you need built and you want it running in production, in your repository, on a date.
$60,000 – $250,000- → A live system: web, native mobile, or agent — typed end to end
- → Thin slice in production by week three
- → Evaluation harness you can run yourself
- → Runbooks, a working local environment, a named handover
Scope a buildusually leads to retained operation - 038–20 weeks
Platform & infrastructure
The attribution spine, the data layer, or the multi-surface system the rest of the business stands on.
from $150,000- → First-party click tracking on your domains, server-side postbacks
- → Warehouse model reconciled to finance
- → Shared engines every property inherits
- → Integrity monitoring on the whole chain
Scope a platformusually leads to retained operation - 04Monthly, 3-month minimum
Retained operation
You want what we built to keep improving, with one accountable party and a weekly number.
from $12,000 / month- → Deploys, incidents, and iteration against the eval harness
- → Weekly one-page readout: what moved, what changed, what's next
- → Cost-drift and quality monitoring
- → An exit written into the agreement from day one
- Minimum
- Minimum engagement is $25,000. Below that, a senior build team rarely pays for itself and we will say so.
- Ranges
- Ranges, not quotes. The scoping week is what turns a range into a number, and it is credited against the build if you proceed.
- Ownership
- Every tier creates repositories, cloud accounts and domains in your name from the first commit. Nothing is held.

Unnamed by policy. Your surfaces carry your brand, never ours — a good supplier is invisible on the work.
No logo wall. Just what we run.
Every line is in production under something we run today. Opinionated on purpose — switching costs are real and the pieces have to talk.

The questions every buyer asks.
- How much does AI development cost?
- Our ranges are published: a one-week scoping engagement from $15,000, product builds $60,000–$250,000, platform and infrastructure work from $150,000, and retained operation from $12,000 a month. Minimum engagement is $25,000. The scoping week turns a range into a fixed number and is credited against the build.
- How long does it take?
- Scope in one week. First production deploy — a thin slice, end to end, with auth, logging and cost tracking wired — usually by week three. Full builds run six to sixteen weeks depending on surfaces and integrations. We do not run a discovery phase you pay for twice.
- Can you integrate with our existing systems?
- Yes. Most work is integration rather than greenfield: CRMs, ERPs, data warehouses, payment and messaging platforms. The thin slice is built against your real systems from week one so integration risk is found early rather than at the end.
- Who owns the code, the accounts and the data?
- You do, from the first commit. Repositories, cloud accounts, domains, tracking and ad accounts are created in your name and billed to you. Ending an engagement is an access revocation, not a migration.
- Should we hire in-house or work with you?
- If you can hire a senior team that has shipped AI to production, in the time you have, hire. Most teams can't inside a year, and a half-built team is the expensive middle. We build it, document it, and hand it to whoever you hire next — or keep running it. Both are normal.
- Will our data be used to train models?
- No. We don't train on client data and we configure model providers on the tiers whose terms exclude training. Full detail, including what we cannot do for you, is on the security page.
- Are you certified?
- No SOC 2, no ISO 27001, and we say so plainly. Because engagements run inside your cloud accounts under your access controls, the audited environment is usually yours. If your procurement requires a vendor attestation, tell us early and we will tell you honestly whether it can be structured.
- How do you measure success?
- Against the number the project exists to move — conversion, cost per request, retention, revenue per page — reported weekly on one page. Never against activity.
- Do you work with startups or enterprises?
- Both, above the minimum. Startups usually arrive with a prototype that needs to become a system; enterprises usually arrive with a system that needs attribution, evaluation or a cost model. The pipeline is the same.
- Will you compete with us?
- No. We build for your market, never in it, and decline engagements that would place us opposite a client in their own category. That is the only reason our recommendations are worth anything.
Tell us what you’re building.
Product, infrastructure, demand, or all of it. Two honest paragraphs beat a ten-page RFP.
