AI product that survives contact with production.

We build AI product for other companies: web, native mobile, and agent systems. Typed end to end, evaluated, deployed on push. You own the repo from the first commit.

  • Scope in a week
  • Thin slice live
  • Widen weekly
  • Hand over

The demo is not the hard part. The hard part is authentication, rate limits, cost per request, evaluation, failure modes, observability, and who carries the pager — the eight months between a room getting excited and anything reaching a user.

We build on the far side of that line. Typed end to end, evaluated before feature two, deployed on every push, and running in your accounts under your name from the first commit.

What’s included

Concretely, what you get.

01

Full-stack application

TypeScript throughout. Next.js and React on the front, Postgres behind it, edge deploy on push.

02

Agents with authority

Scoped, auditable actions against your systems. Permission boundaries, human gates on anything irreversible, a full trail of what ran and why.

03

Retrieval and evals

Retrieval that returns the right context rather than the most similar text, plus a harness you can run yourself.

04

Native mobile

iOS and Android through both stores. Submission, review handling, phased release included.

05

Cost modelling

Per-request economics written down on day one, with the caching and model-tier levers costed.

06

Handover that works

Runbooks, architecture notes, a local environment that starts. Not a zip file and good luck.

How the engagement runs
  1. 01

    Scope in a week.

One session, then a written scope: what ships, what doesn't, what it costs.

  2. 02

    Thin slice live.

One real path end to end with auth, logging and cost tracking wired. Usually week three.

  3. 03

    Widen weekly.

Increments measured against the eval harness. If a change doesn't move a number, it doesn't stay.

  4. 04

    Hand over.

To your team with docs and a walkthrough, or keep us running it. Written in from day one.

Ways to engage

Four ways in. Pick by what you need holding.

Most firms make you book a call to learn what it costs. Here are the ranges, the timelines, and what comes out the other end — so the first conversation can be about your project.

  1. 011 week

    Scoping engagement

You have an idea, a prototype, or a stalled project and need a real plan with a real number.

    from $15,000
    • Written scope: what ships, what doesn't, what it costs
    • Architecture sketch with the cost-per-request model
    • Eval plan — how we'll know it works
    • Fixed price or rate-plus-ceiling for the build
  2. 026–16 weeks

    Product build

You know what you need built and you want it running in production, in your repository, on a date.

    $60,000 – $250,000
    • A live system: web, native mobile, or agent — typed end to end
    • Thin slice in production by week three
    • Evaluation harness you can run yourself
    • Runbooks, a working local environment, a named handover
  3. 038–20 weeks

    Platform & infrastructure

The attribution spine, the data layer, or the multi-surface system the rest of the business stands on.

    from $150,000
    • First-party click tracking on your domains, server-side postbacks
    • Warehouse model reconciled to finance
    • Shared engines every property inherits
    • Integrity monitoring on the whole chain
  4. 04Monthly, 3-month minimum

    Retained operation

You want what we built to keep improving, with one accountable party and a weekly number.

    from $12,000 / month
    • Deploys, incidents, and iteration against the eval harness
    • Weekly one-page readout: what moved, what changed, what's next
    • Cost-drift and quality monitoring
    • An exit written into the agreement from day one
Minimum
Minimum engagement is $25,000. Below that, a senior build team rarely pays for itself and we will say so.
Ranges
Ranges, not quotes. The scoping week is what turns a range into a number, and it is credited against the build if you proceed.
Ownership
Every tier creates repositories, cloud accounts and domains in your name from the first commit. Nothing is held.
AI product — questions

Asked and answered.

01
What makes moher.ai different from other AI development companies?
We ship running software rather than recommendations, and you own the repositories, cloud accounts and domains from the first commit. We also run our own portfolio on the same stack, so the patterns we recommend have already been tested against our own traffic.
02
Do you build mobile as well as web?
Yes. Native iOS and Android through both app stores, sharing a codebase with web where the product allows it.
03
Who owns the code?
You do, from commit one. We don't run engagements from behind a platform you can't leave.
04
How fast can you start?
Scope in a week, first production deploy usually inside three to four. The team is small on purpose, so onboarding isn't a month of meetings.
05
Will you compete with us?
No. We build for your market, never in it, and we decline engagements that would place us opposite a client in their own category.
