AI development for consumer apps.

We build and ship consumer apps to both app stores and the web from one codebase — with retention mechanics, push, and analytics wired from day one.

  • One codebase, three surfaces
  • Retention mechanics
  • Store operations
  • Install attribution

Consumer apps fail on the unglamorous half: store review, push permissions, day-two retention, and the analytics that tell you which of those is actually killing you. The idea is rarely the constraint.

We build the whole path — product, store submission, release management, retention loops, and the measurement to see them — and we've taken apps through both stores to live, on all three surfaces, from a single codebase.

What we build here

Built for this category, not adapted to it.

01

One codebase, three surfaces

iOS, Android, and web sharing product logic, so a feature ships everywhere instead of three times.

02

Retention mechanics

Daily loops, streaks, sharing, and scheduled push written to be worth receiving — with the copy varied so it doesn't read as automation.

03

Store operations

Submission, metadata, review responses, phased release, and versioned rollout handled as a routine rather than an event.

04

Install attribution

Spend tied to installs tied to retained users, so acquisition decisions are made on the last number rather than the first.

Consumer apps — questions

Asked and answered.

01
Can you take an existing app over?
Yes — we audit the codebase and release pipeline first, then either stabilise what's there or plan a migration. We'll tell you plainly which one it needs.
02
Do you handle App Store and Google Play submission?
Yes, including metadata, review correspondence, and release management. We've shipped through both.
03
Web too, or mobile only?
Both, usually from the same codebase. A web surface is often the cheapest acquisition channel an app has.
